This is the only review you’ll need
With welcoming staff that made check-in smooth, the spacious Deluxe Double Room provided a good location for our event. I truly appreciated the quiet surroundings that allowed us to enjoy open windows. Although there were some cleanliness issues, the convenience of nearby tram access made our stay enjoyable overall.

I found the instructions for public transportation to be misleading. Těšenov station is not close when Strossmayerovo tram stop is right there. The atmosphere is surprisingly cold at the reception, and both the bath and toilet had lingering sewage smells that required the fan to be on constantly. I also noticed dirty carpets which detracted from the otherwise charming decor. water pressure in the shower was inconsistent, and the mat on my bed, well, it left a bit to be desired in comfort. I can't say I was won over by the breakfast quality either. cold, gummy sausages just hit different when you're hoping for a solid morning meal. And the overall cleanliness leaves something to be desired.

It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but still pretty acceptable.

The hotel’s spacious lobby was adorned with elegant decor that felt as welcoming as a grandchild's embrace. Accessibility was top-notch, making it easy for seniors like me to navigate the common areas comfortably.
Could benefit from more easily accessible elevators.
